"ALL BLEEP MARKS, in the various Grades, will DECREASE by a FULL 1,0: throughout the CURRENT Grading List, that is applicable to the Western Province Rugby Football Referees Society.
The Referee: must still, submit a letter, in order to obtain permission in writing from the Rugby Referees Executive Committee; to be able to run, the Coopers Test.

FIRST PREFERENCE, WILL ALWAYS BE THE: BLEEP TEST. 

However: Should the Referee have aspirations  to aspire to SARU Refereeing Panels: then it is mandatory (compulsory) that the Referee runs SARU Bleep Requirements”.  

The Western Province Rugby Football Referee Society: would like every referee to participate in a: Bleep Test… REGARDLESS OF THE OUTCOME. 

Just go and run a Bleep Test…and…test YOUR FITNESS LEVELS…against the Western Province Rugby Football Referees: Standard Bleep Requirements. 

Please: arrange with your regional coach…in your designated region…to JUST RUN A BLEEP TEST…BEFORE: TUESDAY 23 MARCH 2010.
